?Absolutely stunning? is my first thought when I open the door! This 2018 Pulte construction was built with an extensive list of options, three pages to be exact. Everything from cabinets, to appliances, the undercabinet lighting, the oversized island, the floor to ceiling stacked stone fireplace, to the wainscoting, the Nantucket flooring, the high door frames and wide moldings, the wrought iron railing, the garage door, second story balcony, the daylight basement; obviously too many upgrades and options to mention but it?s this exhaustive list that makes this home so very special. Sellers added the fabulous Trex deck off kitchen and is a wonderful space for evenings outside. All of this and on a dead-end street which limits traffic. Pulte just completed their 2 yr warranty check on the home and did any necessary touch ups so it looks brand new.
